Trade – Supply Only ## The supply-only process, step by step - Step 1 ### Your drawings Send us your drawings, schedule or sizes and tell us what the products need to do. - Step 2 ### Full quote with drawings We return a full quotation with drawings, so what you are buying is set out clearly before any money changes hands. - Step 3 ### Showroom visit Come and see the products, finishes and hardware at our Godstone showroom and trade counter. - Step 4 ### Final documents for sign-off We issue the final documentation for you to check and sign off; nothing goes to the supplier until you have. - Step 5 ### Full payment on order Supply-only orders are paid in full at the point of order. - Step 6 ### Order sent to supplier Your order is placed with the supplier exactly as signed off. - Step 7 ### Delivery or collection advised We advise the delivery or collection date so you can plan your own fitting programme around it. On supply only we quote and supply the products from your drawings and your own fitters install them. ### Who carries out the installation? Our own fully trained in-house installers: four fitters working as two teams on the road, with a dedicated project manager on the project. ### Where does Building Regulations responsibility sit? Where we install replacement glazing for you, the work is installed to current Building Regulations and self-certified under FENSA as applicable. Where we supply products for someone else to fit, the products meet the relevant Building Regulations standards and notification remains the installer's responsibility. ### Are you accredited for site work? Yes. We are CHAS accredited, FENSA certification for installations (as applicable) and our installations are covered by InstallSure, with a 10-year comprehensive insurance-backed guarantee. ### Can you work to our programme?
