Our story ## Who we are and what we do Team Frames Trade Ltd, trading as Team Frames Trade & Retail, operates from Brickhouse Farm Trading Estate in South Godstone. Our company has been firmly established in Surrey since 2005, and we are proud to be in our 21st year of business. Originally, we supplied products to trade customers, following on to establishing ourselves within the retail market as a reputable local family business. We now proudly offer a selection of high-performance home enhancements. Today, we cover all three sides within our business, all run from the same premises: - Supply and installation for homeowners who want the whole project handled from start to finish. - Supply and installation for trade customers who want us to take the lead on the glazing aspect of their project so they can focus on other parts of the build. - Supply only for builders and installers who are happy to install and certify their own projects.We specialise in UPVC, aluminium and timber across windows, doors, roofs and conservatories. We are a premium Spitfire aluminium partner supplying and installing doors across their full range of S100, S200, S400 and S500 entrance doors, S600 and S700 pivot doors, and internal steel doors too. We use a range of different suppliers for different materials and products but will not compromise on quality. Most of our suppliers have themselves been in business for over 20, 40 or 50 years, ensuring we are manufacturer backed throughout our own guarantee periods and beyond. Every small detail matters and will impact the experience we offer our customers. This is the reason we have a database of both trade and retail customers who come back to us and recommend our services. Between our team we have more than 100 years' combined experience in the trade. That experience sits across the whole project, not just fitting: surveying, specifying, ordering, installing, making good, certifying and full aftercare service. When you deal with us you deal with the same people from the first phone call to final sign-off. We work throughout Surrey, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and South London, from our base in South Godstone. The showroom and trade counter are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and weekends by appointment. We are 10 minutes from the M25 with ample parking on site. We welcome you to come and view products in person to ensure you are happy with the product specification offered for your project.
